San Mateo Sheriff Visit

What a relief to now have tenants who pay their rent.

Learned a lot about the legal process to remove tenants who have stopped paying their rent. Now on to recovery of funds owed. Interesting options and process, which I will document the best I can.

As an update, the San Mateo County Sherrif vist went fine. They basically show up and escort the tenant from the property if they refuse to leave – satisfying the writ of possession. Good guys, all business though. Very much suited up to handle bad situations, which I imagine they see all too often.
